faulty equipmenthard kiwis
the gym was advertised as fully equipped, but only dumbbells were available. other equipment was broken. the lack of maintenance was frustrating, especially since i rely on gym facilities during my travels. also, breakfast was subpar, with consistently hard kiwis. it seemed like they were getting harder each day.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety. staff were helpful . the pool bar food was tasty and portions were generous. i thought that was amazing!!!
i noticed some issues when i checked into the room. there were three issues that should have been picked up prior to my arrival. the air conditioning did not work well. the rooms were hot even in may. the balcony was unpleasant because of a busy dual carriageway.

the hotel had a good location close to everything. the breakfast buffet had lots of choices. the rooms were spacious and clean i liked that very much.
the highway was very close to the pool area it made the smell of fumes strong sometimes. the noise from the highway was quite noticeable too. i think the gym could use better equipment there were only some dumbbells available.

the breakfast had a great service with varied food. the room was amazingly clean and spacious. i appreciated the warm welcome i received upon arrival. the hotel is a short walk into the port.
the pool area had loud music playing all day. it started at 10 am and continued non-stop.

The extractor fan in the room seemed unnecessary, given the available space and existing ventilation systems.
